The Department of Trade and Industry – Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau (DTI-FTEB) affirms supermarkets’ compliance with the latest DTI Suggested Retail Price (SRP) bulletin, issued Notices of Violation (NOV) to non-compliant firms during its simultaneous technical regulation enforcement and price and supply monitoring in Mandaluyong City, 21 March 2023.

Stepping up the initiatives, the DTI teams carried on with the “Ikot Palengke” where they checked prices and supply of processed and agricultural basic necessities and prime commodities (BNPCs) in the Mandaluyong public market.

DTI -FTEB Director Atty. Marimel D. Porciuncula and Assistant Director Atty. Joseph Manuel P. Pamittan led the monitoring and enforcement task force.
