JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Conducts legal research on issues concerning consumer protection and trade and industry;
2. Conducts hearing /arbitration of trade and industry and consumer cases; and
3. Drafts notices, orders, resolutions & decisions;
4. Assists in the drafting of formal charges & other pleadings for the Bureau;
5. Performs other assigned duties and related functions.
