Atty. Genaro C. Jacob is a Mechanical Engineer, he finished his Engineering Degree at the Mapua Institute of Technology, presently known as Mapua University. He is also a lawyer, he finished his law degree at the Manuel L. Quezon University. As an engineer, he worked in several manufacturing companies in the Philippines and in Japan. He joined the DTI in 1998.
