Atty. Frediswenda B. Beñas

Atty. Frediswenda B. Beñas is the Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of the Prosecution Unit of the Department of Trade and Industry – Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau. She is responsible for the prosecution process of charges filed with the DTI.

She began her public service as Mediation Officer at DTI-FTEB in 2016, where she responded to consumer inquiries and facilitated consumer complaints, and transferred to the Enforcement Division where she assisted the Chief Trade-Industry Development Specialist (CTIDS) in implementing and enforcing Trade Regulations.

Atty. Beñas obtained Bachelor of Science in Commerce with Majors in Banking and Finance, and Economics and took up Bachelor of Laws at the University of the East – Manila.
